Group equipment classes are limited to four (4) participants per class to insure individualized instruction, attention to detail, and personalized programming. Classes are taught on Balanced Body® Studio Reformers or Tower units, with various high-quality props available as needed.
At Pilates by Kim, we keep classes fresh and fun without sacrificing the traditional Pilates principles of Breath, Concentration, Control, Centering Precision, and Flow.
