Classes are a great choice for folks who thrive in a community! Classes are paced according to the participants and maintain a consistent flow throughout. Classes are best for those with some previous experience on the equipment. We utilize the Reformers or Tower units for group classes, adding small props such as hand weights and elastic bands for additional support and challenge. Jump Boards and PilatesArcs may also be used for variety.
Private sessions are a great way to learn the fundamentals of Pilates if you're new to the practice, or refine your skills if you're an advanced practitioner.
The New Client Consultation ($85) includes a full movement assessment, Reformer orientation, and a personalized take-home Mat practice. The client will also be evaluated for entry into group classes, and recommendations for moving forward will be made.
All private sessions must be purchased and scheduled through the studio administrator. Packages are available. Click the button below or call 205-534-0344 to get started.

The MELT® Method is a revolutionary self-treatment system designed to help you improve performance and eliminate the mental and physical stress that accumulates from daily living, before it causes persistent pain and dysfunctions. Using soft rollers and balls, MELT® blends mindful meditation and breathwork techniques to help boost the body’s natural healing mechanisms through the connective tissue (fascia), simulating those used by hands-on therapeutic practitioners.
