Classes are a great choice for folks who thrive in a community! Classes are paced according to the participants and maintain a consistent flow throughout. Classes are best for those with some previous experience on the equipment. We utilize the Reformers or Tower units for group classes, adding small props such as hand weights and elastic bands for additional support and challenge. Jump Boards and PilatesArcs may also be used for variety.
Ready to advance your practice, or just need some personalized coaching? Private Pilates sessions are for you! Each session will be tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Just starting out? Five one-on-one sessions should be just enough to gain a working knowledge of the equipment, basic exercises, and Pilates Principles to successfully join a group class.

MELT classes have gone hybrid! Join in-person or through ZOOM. Can't attend live? No problem! All participants will receive a 5-day access to the class recording so you can practice your MELT moves anytime, anywhere.
