Classes are a great choice for folks who thrive in a community! At Pilates by Kim, we keep class sizes small (3 per class) to deliver a client-focused, heart-centered experience every single time.
Our classes are multi-level in terms of degree of difficulty, meaning each class ranges from beginner to intermediate in the hiearchy of the Pilates repertoire. If you are new to the Pilates method, we recommend 2-5 private sessions before stepping into a group class.
Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 am. 10:00 am, and 12:00 pm.
