Pilates by Kim, LLC, requests pre-booking your sessions to guarantee your ideal time and day on the schedule. Please make scheduling requests 24 hours in advance to allow sufficient planning time for your session. Your time is valuable, and I want you to get the most out of your workout! Introductory and one-off sessions will be invoiced prior to booking. Payment must be received 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeit of the session. Pilates by Kim, LLC, graciously requests a 12-hour notice on rescheduling and cancellations. Unexpected emergencies come up, and clients are gifted one (1) courtesy cancellation without penalty, no questions asked. Beyond that, all cancellations under the 12-hour time-frame will be viewed as a “session” and deducted from the client’s current package. Session suspensions of more than 3 consecutive weeks, or 3 consecutive late cancellations, will remove your session from the schedule. That time will then become open and available for scheduling other clients.
Any cancellations by the instructor, late or otherwise, will be rescheduled at the client’s convenience with no additional cost to the client.
Cancellations for Monday sessions must be received by 5:00 pm the prior Friday. Likewise, requests for a Monday session must be received and confirmed by the prior Friday.
