Designed with you in mind, private lessons give the teacher and student space to dive deeper and explore areas that require more attention. It also affords you the chance to work on specific goals with the undivided attention of an experienced guide and communicate adjustments as the need arises. These sessions typically include work on several pieces of apparatus, including the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Spin Corrector, and small props.

Semi-Private

Semi-Private Classes

Perfect for those who want a workout buddy and accountability, but don’t want to share a class with someone they don’t know. Scheduling a semi-private session guarantees this time is reserved for just you two, and nobody else. Especially helpful if you and a friend, partner, or spouse have similar goals. Sessions will typically take place on the Reformer, Tower, and Mat, with the use of small props.

Reformer Class

Probably the most well-known of all the Pilates equipment, the Reformer uses a system of springs and pulleys connected to a gliding carriage to deliver a full-body workout that incorporates strength-training, stretching, toning, sculpting, flexibility and core control all in one! We can even add a Jump Board to the Reformer for a cardio burst! Max. capacity: 3 people

Tower/Mat Class

55 minutes

The Tower utilizes a system of springs and specialized bars to recreate most of the work that would be done on a much larger piece of equipment called The Cadillac. Typically less athletic than the Reformer, the Tower nonetheless delivers a challenging workout in terms of stability, mobility, alignment, and overall core control. Clients often remark that the Tower delivers a more mindful, centered experience. Max. capacity: 4 people
