Every Monday April, Maureen offer Group Reformer classes at 8:00 am, 9:15 am, and 10:30 am. Class size is limited (4 per class), so book your class today!!
All classes are $25 for a Drop-in, but if you hold a current class pack, you can apply that to these sessions.

Group classes are a great choice for folks who feed off the energy of others! Classes are paced according to participants, and tend to maintain a consistent flow throughout the class time. Classes are suggested for those with some previous experience on the equipment. Classes can be taught on the rEformer or Tower unit, and can incorporate a variety of small props such as hand weights and elastic bands. We also utilize jump Boards and PilatesArcs for additional variety and fun!
Ready to advance your practice, or just need some personalized coaching? Private Pilates sessions are for you! Each session will be tailored to meet your specific needs while honoring your unique body. Private sessions may be purchased individually or as packages of 5 or 10 sessions. Private sessions are ideal for those just learning about Pilates but want to transition into Group classes. WE recommend at least five Private sessions before joining a class.
